How to permanently delete your SubTrack account and all associated data.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your subscription history, analytics data, and connected email accounts will be permanently removed. Make sure to export any data you want to keep before proceeding.
SubTrack uses Google OAuth and Microsoft OAuth solely for reading email receipts to detect your subscriptions. We never store email content, and we do not share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time, free of charge, with no questions asked.
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the SubTrack app.
Launch the app and make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
Tap the profile icon in the top right, then select Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and tap Delete Account. This option is under the Danger Zone section.
You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
Your account and all data will be scheduled for deletion immediately. Backups are purged within 90 days.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by emailing our privacy team.
Send an email to support@1618digital.subtrack.app with the following information:
The email address associated with your SubTrack account.
Include the statement: "I request permanent deletion of my SubTrack account and all associated data."
We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email when complete.
You can also disconnect SubTrack's access to your email directly through your email provider's settings.
Important: Revoking app access through your email provider will stop SubTrack from syncing new emails, but it does not automatically delete your account or data from our servers. Use Method 1 or 2 to fully delete your data.
Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, find SubTrack, and click Remove Access.
Visit account.microsoft.com/privacy/app-access, find SubTrack, and click Remove these permissions.
